• The floorplan is open with a good flow.  All of the windows make the home bright and sunny with natural light.

• The flooring is lovely and easy care.  The crown molding adds elegance.

• The kitchen has so much counterspace—perfect for rolling out cookie dough.  The openness to the great room and breakfast area is great for entertaining.

• The great room with its lovely fireplace is warm and inviting.  It's a very comfortable room where we spend a lot of time.

• The backyard is private with no back neighbors.  The trees are mature, so there are plenty of squirrels, butterflies, and birds.

• The neighborhood is quiet; there isn't a lot of through-traffic, since our street is a cul-de-sac.

• The community is beautiful with lots of big trees and rolling hills.  The amenities are top-notch.

• The location is convenient with grocery, schools, medical, restaurants, and retail nearby.
