1. Amazing Neighbors - they are friendly and supportive beyond the obligatory wave.  Neighbors have helped with medical and family emergencies.

2. Commute Location - it is easy to get to work from multiple routes (I-35, Parmer Lane, and 183).

3. Interior Space - the layout and space allows for everyone to operate in the house without disturbing each other

4. Back Yard - after extending the patio, being in back yard is one of the favorites places to hang out, especially when friends visit.

5. Water Flow - even with heavy rain, there is never any collection of water in the yard.

6. Air Flow - in the spring, fall, and winter months, opening windows is a great option for fresh air in the house.

7. HOA Events - there are food trucks, pool parties, garage sales, etc. that bring opportunity and camaraderie.

8. Storage Space - there is so much storage with the under-stair storage, added garage racks, and closets.  There is always room to park the cars in the garage.
