You've heard the old adage, "why build when you can buy?" This barely-lived-in custom home proves the saying.  It features a 3-car garage, 4 bedrooms, 2 dining and 2 living areas.  Welcome home!

Ahh, the owner's retreat.  What a relaxing place to wind down after a long day.  Note the different elevations in the ceiling and the two-blade fan to stir a breeze.  The carpet is so plush, you can wiggling your toes in it.

The double-sink vanity in the master bath eliminates any elbow-bumping when you and your partner are getting ready to start the day.  Check out the tile flooring,lots of drawers, and big window to divide the space between the mirrors.

The second bedroom is definitely large enough to handle a sports fan or a relative that comes to visit for awhile.  It's roomy and spacious.

This is a perfect guest room or a room for anyone.  It's open, features natural lighting and is quite large . . . plenty big enough to handle a bed, chairs, dressers, and tables.  Anyone would be very comfortable in this room.

And here is the fourth bedroom.  It's done up in neutral colors for a calming effect to soothe away the worries of the day.

The guest bathroom features a separate shower - check out that tile!

There's a wash-out sink in the utility room, a clothes rod, and a shelf to stash the laundry "stuff" up and out of the way.

The extra-large covered patio with ceiling fan is great for entertaining!  Also notice the masonry all around the house.
