1. The beautiful yard is filled with a vast array of birds, squirrels, and so much nature.
2. The 20 mature trees that fill our yard give it so much beauty.
3. The privacy offered from our large lot and the privacy offered from being next to a greenbelt is priceless.
4. The large lot gives us so much space and privacy.
5. Living on a cul-de-sac brings in less traffic.
6. The covered patio allows for ultimate privacy and relaxation.
7. The beautiful dining room is a wonderful place for family gatherings and making precious memories.
8. The breakfast area is surrounded by walls of windows, which allow for a breathtaking view of the serene backyard. It is a wonderful place to sit, relax, and watch the birds and the squirrels.
9. The amount of natural light that flows into the house from the walls of windows brings the outside in, and it’s delightful.

​
1.The location is perfect. There's easy access to IH-35 and Toll 130 to get you anywhere you need. Most importantly, it's minutes from historic downtown Georgetown and the impressive courthouse and square.
2. The large backyard with so many mature oaks backs to nothing. There are no neighbors directly behind you. Your backyard is your own oasis.
3. The trees bring all nature to your window even though you are in the city. Seeing squirrels playing and hearing birds singing is so peaceful.
4. The cul-de-sac is great to minimize traffic by the house.
5. The large upstairs bedroom that we use as a study is amazing. There is plenty of room for our books and workstations and wonderful lighting and a bonus small balcony with double French doors that overlook the living room below.
6. The primary bath is spacious, with dual vanities, a garden tub for soaking, and a large shower -- yours to choose from after a long day.
7. The plantation shutters in the primary bedroom provide an elegant privacy and beauty to the already stately room.
8. The flex room on the first floor is perfect for our home gym. It offers plenty of room for some weights, a treadmill, and some room to stretch.
9. The large breakfast room looks out to a group of mature oaks, which is such a beautiful sight in the morning while drinking coffee or tea.
10. The house boasts a classic and timeless look and feel inside including beadboard wainscoting from the hall adjoining the dining room, into the laundry room and surrounding the breakfast room.
