This house is our dream home. We have loved everything about it. From the walk-in pantry, the kids common area, large laundry room, the master bedroom spa, to the beautiful outdoor space. We have really enjoyed our time here and hate to say goodbye.

This home is not only wonderful, but so is the neighborhood. We have enjoyed many a beautiful sunset, fireworks, and neighborhood events from our front porch. This neighborhood goes above and beyond any other we have lived in. In times of crisis, they come together to help each other. We have shared eggs, veggies and fruits from right here in the neighborhood. Halloween is a blast with hayrides and trick or treating. We even are lucky enough to have our very own neighborhood parade with the Grinch and Santa before the holidays.

Dales Essenhaus and The Walburg Biergarten are just two miles away. During the warm months they have live music, and Dales even host fireworks for the holidays - which we always enjoyed from our front porch.

We have enjoyed our outdoor patio all year long! Even though temperatures can get pretty high in this area, the incredible breeze we get most of the time, makes you feel like you are the beach. Another perk of the breeze is that we have very few mosquitos.

We have enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and looking at the beautiful horses. We have enjoyed relaxing in the backyard, and seeing the deer come to visit almost every afternoon. We even got to enjoy a parade of cows that escaped their farm and took a long tour of the neighborhood (country living at its best).
