Our favorite things about this house:

1. It is such an elegant home--prefect for entertaining. We love hosting gatherings with family and friends.

2. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. (We have a neighborhood page just for our section.)

3. There is so much storage! Every room has a huge closet.

4. Our children love their school--and we can walk there.

5. Because of the cul de sac, the street is quiet.

6. Our yard is huge with a gorgeous, mature tree. The lighting makes it so festive.

7. The covered patio is great for the grill master or for al fresco dining.

8. We love movie and popcorn night in the media room.
