Welcome to Georgetown Vintage!  It's so close to all the activities that the Georgetown Square has to offer.

This lovely home has such amazing color in the front yard.  Notice the roses and fresh mulch, not to mention the red poppies in celebration of Georgetown's Poppy Festival. This vintage beauty is saying "welcome" - not only is it ownership proud, but it's also Georgetown proud.

Come on in!  This living area is spacious, light, and airy.  It also has a ceiling fan and vintage lights.

The light hanging from the ceiling is an original fixture.  What a treasure!

The wall of windows and the flooring make this area feel very spacious and bright.

Take a peek at the dining area - isn't this home cozy?

Come sit a spell.  Note the crown molding, the baseboards, and all the trim around the windows, all of which contribute to the vintage feeling.

Friends would enjoy sitting around the table enjoying Texas classics like sweet tea or Dr. Pepper.

All the natural lighting make this home feel so cheery!

Don't you just love a window over the kitchen sink?  What a neat way to prep veggies while watching the birds enjoying the spring weather . . .

Efficiency is the word!  There's a gas cook top and a microwave, all neat and tidy for family gatherings.

This kitchen is pristine and sparkling clean - it's just waiting for you to enjoy it!

The owner's retreat is waiting after a long, hard day.

Conveniently located near the kitchen, the owner's retreat lets you jump out of bed, get your coffee started, and then jump into the shower.

The owner's retreat is tucked away in the back of the house, making it very private.

The master bath (or rather, the master shower) is perfect for days when you need to hop in and hop out in a rush . . . or for days when you want to slow it down a little.

This upstairs bathroom would be perfect for guests.

This open space upstairs would be perfect as a game room, an art studio, a teen getaway . . . the possibilities are endless!

The upstairs would also be a great office area.  At one time, it was even leased.

The upstairs has its own little deck and private entrance.

This is a stairway to unlimited possibilities!
