5.  The beautiful flagstones lining the entrance to the house 

6.  The butterflies and hummingbirds that visit our flowers and the crazy squirrels that chase each other around the trees in the backyard

7.  The handmade garden boxes behind the chicken coop which provide the perfect setting to grow our vegetables 

8.  The sunroom that gives extra private space and offers so much potential 

9.  The kitchen that offers plenty of cabinetry, counter space, and a pantry that holds so much 

10.  The feeling of love this house offers -- we bought our home from a couple that loved it dearly, and we are hoping to pass it on to someone who will continue to love it as we do
